At MarketoZilla, we are committed to delivering high-quality online advertising and marketing services, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Sales Funnels, and Performance Marketing solutions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services and requesting refunds

Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Cancellation:
>Clients may request to cancel any ongoing service by providing written notice via email to sumit@marketozilla.com.
>Cancellations for monthly subscription services must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
>One-time service purchases, such as ad campaigns or funnel builds, are non-cancelable once the work has commenced.

Training Program & Digital Product Cancellation:
>Due to the nature of digital products, including courses, templates, and mentorship programs, cancellations are not allowed once access has been granted.

Live Coaching & Consulting Sessions:
>Cancellations or rescheduling of booked consulting sessions must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
>Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session, with no refund or rescheduling option.

Refund Policy

At MarketoZilla, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and digital products, all sales are final, except in specific cases mentioned below:

Service Refunds:
>Refunds are not provided for completed services. If a service has not been initiated, a refund request may be considered at our sole discretion.
>If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued.

Training Program & Digital Product Refunds:
>Refunds are not available for digital products, courses, or downloadable materials once access has been provided.
>If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased product, we will work to resolve the issue. If it remains unresolved, a refund may be considered.

Coaching & Consulting Refunds:
>If a coaching session is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, it may be rescheduled, but refunds will not be issued.
>If MarketoZilla cancels a scheduled coaching session, the client will be eligible for a full refund or an alternative session.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email sumit@marketozilla.com with the following details:

>Your full name and contact details
>The service or product purchased
>A detailed reason for the refund request
>Any supporting documents (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days. Refund approvals are solely at MarketoZilla’s discretion.
